Your Storage Space is one of Niagara's Newer Self Storage Facility conveniently located just off the QEW in Beamsville. YSS was established in 2012 and is a mini storage facility that provides 18 hour daily access 7 days a week using your personalized access code, 24 hour video surveillance and an on-site, Site Manager 6 days a week! Your Storage Space offers climate controlled units, non-climate controlled drive-up units, outdoor storage, and basic supplies you need to store your items.

All units feature motion sensored lighting and individual door alarms activated only with your personalized access code. You provide the lock and keep the keys!

Have peace of mind knowing your belongings are safe in a secured facility with extensive security systems including video surveillance and door alarms!

For your convenience we accept VISA, MasterCard, Debit, Cash and Cheque with an AutoPay CreditCard option for monthly payments!

Q: Do I have access to my storage unit outside of the regular business hours?

A: Yes! Your Storage Space is a secured mini storage facility that offers daily access from 5am to 11pm 7 days a week using your personalized access code.


Q: Do you have carts or dollies available to use during move-in?

A: Yes! Visit the main office during regular business hours for availability and use.


Q: Do you have an after-hours phone number to call should there be an emergency while I am at my unit?

A: Yes! Simply call the main office number 905-563-5300. Wait for the voicemail answer. Leave a message including your phone number and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.


Q: Do I have to sign minimum length of stay contract?

A: No. Stay as long as you have a need for storage. We require 48 hours written notice that you are moving out. All our invoicing is done by email so it's a simple as replying to one of those email to let the office know your intent to vacate date.


Q: If I move out before the end of the calendar month, am I refunded any rent?

A: No. We pro-rate your rent upon move-in however your last month is a full month's rent no matter when in the month you move out. No refund is given for the days you don't use.


Q: Do you require first and last month's rent up front?

A: No. We only require your pro-rated rent amount (we charge you from the day you move in, until the end of that calendar month) plus the admin fee. The next month's rent is always due on the 1st of the month by the end of the business day.


Q: Am I required to purchase or use one of your locks?

A: No. If you have a lock already, you can use that just remember to bring it with you on move-in day! For your convenience we do have storage disk locks as well as padlocks available for purchase in the main office.
