Where is Your Storage Space located?
Your Storage Space is located at 4637B Bartlett Road Beamsville, ON, Canada L0R 1B1.

What are the office hours?
Mon/Tues/Thur/Fri: 9 AM to 5:30 PM
Wednesday: 9 AM to 7:30 PM
Saturday: 8 AM to 12 PM

When can I access my unit?
Daily from 5 AM to 11 PM.

Am I required to store long-term?
No. Stay as long as you have a need for storage. We require 48 hours’ written notice that you are moving out. All our invoicing is done by email so it's a simple as replying to one of those emails to let the office know your intent to vacate date.

If I move out before the end of the calendar month, am I refunded any rent?
No. We pro-rate your rent upon move-in however your last month is a full month's rent no matter when in the month you move out. We don’t provide a refund for the days you don’t use.
What forms of payment do you offer?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, debit, e-transfer, and check with an autopay option for monthly payments.

How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also speak to your facility manager about autopay.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as driver’s license, passport, or state ID.

What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.

Do you have carts or dollies available to use during move-in?
Yes. Visit the main office during regular business hours for availability and use.
